If you are needing to change your shipping address you can send through an email to [email protected] with your order number and updated delivery address. Please ensure that you send this email as soon as possible with as much information as possible so we can adjust this for you. In order for us to be alert with your email within the subject line please state “URGENT: Wrong address order#”.

Once you have purchased your Skin Diva products an email will be sent to you once your items are on their way.

If your order has been paid for and placed, we will not be able to cancel or change the order. If you wish to refund the item please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy below.

We want to make sure that all our customers are able to purchase our products, so we accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex via stripe safe payment gateway. We also accept the payment methods of PayPal for guests and PayPal users. AfterPay will soon be released so stay tuned!

Following the purchase of an order you will shortly receive confirmation via email regarding your purchase via our Skin Diva store. If you don’t receive your order confirmation via email please don’t hesitate to contact us below so that way we can track your order and reissue the receipt to your preferred email.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 15 days of purchase. In order for a refund your item(s) must be unused and within the same condition that you have received your product. We must also receive it within its original packaging. If the product is damaged, used or open we do not offer refunds. Please email us on [email protected] with a subject “Order#: return/refund”. We will then send an emailed response with a guide to take you through the steps necessary to return your items and receive a refund.

Skin Diva does not test our products on animals.

We are 100% natural all our ingredients are used from natural plants and oils. We believe your skin should not have nasty, harsh chemicals, parabens or fillers on them.

Our products do not contain any animal products within them which means there is a something for everyone.
